Murder Mystery Camp May 2023

Thank you to our Scout District team who hosted at Willesley Campsite a district Murder Mystery Camp for our Cub Scouts (aged 8-10) and Scouts (aged 10-14) at the end of April. Bringing together Scout Groups from across Ashby and Coalville together.

Our young people got the opportunity to do the following over the weekend: Spider Mountain, Escape from room 1, Pioneering, Le Toast (fire) Tomahawk throwing, Paracord Woggles, High Zip Wire, Low Zip wire, go-kartz, tuckshop!, photobooth, potholing, elastic band alley, escape room 2, archery, shooting, climbing, escape room 3, bouldering wall spiders web.

Market Bosworth Cubs (age 8-10) and Scouts (age 10-14) were enormously proud to win the district tug of war competition!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
