Hire Our Scout Hut & Equipment
You can hire the Scout Hut for birthday parties, events or regular meetings. If you prefer to hold your own event (maybe in your back garden!) you can hire our equipment too.
How to Book:

- We will confirm back if available and request charge.
- You can pay via our donate button.
Section A)
Scout Hut Hire Charges
(includes tables and chairs hire)
Casual Hire – Minimum hire is 3 hours. Scout hut hire is £20 and includes first three hours, £5 per hour thereafter.
Main Conditions:
- Full hire charge to be paid at time of booking.
- We may request form of photo ID and document with home address.

Section B)
Equipment Hire Charges:
Large Canvas Marquee: £50 first day and £5 a day thereafter.
Small Canvas Marquee: £40 a day first day and £4 a day thereafter.
Vango 450 XL (4 person): £10 a day first day and £1 a day thereafter.
Go Pak Table: £5 a day first day and £0.50 a day thereafter.
Chairs x 4: £1 a day first day and £0.10 a day thereafter.
Main Conditions:
- Full hire charge to be paid at time of booking.
- Refundable: £100 Cash Deposit to be paid at time of collection. (See 4 of general conditions). We will request sight of a form of photo ID and document with home address at time of collection.

General Conditions:
- We are happy to consider hiring our equipment and Scout hut but must warn that we are a Scout group first so the equipment and Scout hut does not have that brand new gleam to it.
- Equipment / hut to be returned in same condition and dry state as collected / hired.
- Rain clause – If you need to dry equipment before returning just let us know and we will likely wave the additional daily charge for this activity.
- Damage to items may result in some/all of deposit being forfeit.
- 100% refundable cash deposit- £100 required when collecting equipment. (See #4)
- Delivery and set up of equipment maybe available upon enquiry – minimum £50 charge.
- Scout Hut members discount: 50% discount of Casual Hire for Adult Scout members registered on Compass or Parent / Guardians of Youth members regularly attending Market Bosworth Scouts.
- Equipment members discount: 50% discount of Hire for Adult Scout members registered on Compass or Parent / Guardians of Youth members regularly attending Market Bosworth Scouts.
- Regular user hire <6months agreement 25% discount of Casual Hire price.
- Regular user hire >6months agreement 50% discount of Casual Hire price.
- We will consider reasonable requests for refund.
- Lockdown clause – if we are in lockdown you can move your date or get a full refund.
- If you are a local charity or local youth organisation please let us know at the time of booking as you may qualify for members discount.
- All payments are considered as donations to Market Bosworth Scout Group.
